I don’t think it’s a scam. it’s just automated call back survey ro rate a 3 question, rate 6 to 1( good to bad), as I made a call to AIC, and the staff ask to rate for her services. and if u hang up or didn’t do the survey. This number will auto call u back to complete the survey. after rating the 3 question survey. it stopped calling. hope this helps.
