possible scam. person talked in a very rude tone and when asked him to provide an email he said must sign up first before he will provide an email. Looked online and is a legitimate number from ocbc but it was very suspicious . Also when asked if i can do it over the counter, he said no.

An “Aiken” from this number (OCBC) called me. I heard it was OCBC and said I’m not interested so we don’t waste each other’s time. The fella immediately hung up on me without even saying anything. I’m glad I cancelled all my cards and accounts with this horrible bank.

Not legit. Answered and a person named Joshua was speaking on the line. Shortly after, received a SMS sent by OCBAlert mentioning a login attempt was done to my account and provided with a link for “steps” to be followed. Note: it was not from OCBC but OCB.
