Scam call, fake standard chartered number. Do not give away your account and personal details!
Got sms claiming they called my phone and asked me to call back but there was no missed call. When I called back, they say they are SCB ask asked me a stream of verification question before they mentioned I have outstanding amount due. With the current phishing activities I am skeptical of their practices.
Got message claiming they called me which they didn’t. Phone proof on that. Called back after hours and a really unprofessional message was received making me doubt thus was the bank and feeling I’ve just been scammed. If truly SCB then their methods are highly questionable. But still worried it’s a scam.
I gets this called everyday even after I told the main branch abt it still they called after. I don’t even hv an account with them.

I receive a call from 63059000 every single morning! When I answered, the call immediately hung up. I’ve checked online, this is from Standard Chartered Bank. So this is how banks work. Call every morning, but hung up. Think we all very free is it?

Yes from SCB. Called me twice per day. I blocked those numbers not in my contact list, so it only appears in the log without ringing. Appears SCB wrongfully charged me late payment fee for current statement. I called CS to settle it.
Call up twice and when I answer the call after I said,”Hello!” Without replying hang up the call! If you haven’t gone through everything. Please don’t make the call to us.

Have received several missed call from this number.Finally I answered today, yet nobody talks on the other side. I called back, but nobody answer.
The caller purposely called and left a missed call, when I called back, the caller claimed that she was calling from SCB and need to ask a few questions to confirm I am that person, she then asked for all my particulars, NRIC, Name, date of birth… I did not give her, I just told her my hand phone number and she could not check, then I asked she must have known the recipient’s detail before she called, including the recipient’s hand phone number, again I asked who she wanted to look for thru this number, s
This number calls every morning, looking for someone whom I dont even know!

this is from Standard Chartered bank debit collection dept.they can keep on calling 50 plus times if you fail to pick up calls
this is their scb back room office collection dept. don’t bother to return call unlikely to be answered.
