I verified with SG Stan Chart, 62025800 is a legit SC hotline from the Fraud department. They called at 5.49am in the morning, I thought it was a spam call but my card was still charged a fraud transaction. If only the SMS didnt look sus, I might have picked up the call or reply “2” and they might have blocked the fraud transaction in time.
An Indian lady called me at 12.15am and said she is from Stan Chart about a declined transaction. Why is the bank calling their customers in the middle of the night? What a freaking nuisance! It Monday tomorrow and people need to work!!
