Citibank support, difficult to make out what they’re saying, very strong Filipino accent
Citibank for card cancellation
From citibank. I canceled my card. They called me but hung up Halfway while talking. Think it is a outsourced Philippines call center with very bad connection. Most of the times, they cut off immediately when you pick up the call.
legit from citibank
To add on, the way of verification was via an OTP sent to my SMS. I followed through because I was expecting a call from Citibank. It was legit, but there has to be a better way to dispel doubts about whether this is a scam call…
It’s from citibank’s cancellation department. Sounds like it’s outsourced to the Philippines. I also encountered the problem of no sound when I picked up the call, but upon calling back it’s fine.
some guy saying hello and then no further speaking – background white noise is evident…
This number call my husband phone twice , first time he don’t talk second time he got say hello than don’t talk , is a guy
A woman claiming from Citibank asked for my credit card number, expiry date, and security code as she claimed it had been used in fraudulent transaction. I hung up.
Hangs up when I pick the call. But this number keeps calling my number without fail, every 1 to 2 days
Called several times each time I pick up nothing on the other side. Persistent.. Called 2 times in a day n again next morning
Suspect its a scam from scammer claiming to citibank. I received a call asking for some email and personal particular. When i questioned him he was not able to answer. Scam alert!!!
Same timing calling for two days , no answering when pick up n also hangs up when pick up
Appears to be Citibank
same for me
Mysterious. Hangs up after it’s answered. Twice.
