Citibank Fraud hotline. Legitimate. They ask for more details because they are not linked to the main Citi system. If you ask to authenticate via mobile app they will redirect you to the main hotline first instead.
My Citi credit card was hacked and had unauthorised transactions. I call
Citibank Fraud Hotline 6337 5519 for reporting my issue. After that I called Citi hotline 6225 5225 to enquiry the fraud hotline, the staff told me is from Citibank.
Fraud. they even provide a credit card number ending with certain numbers that i do not carry at all:)
Scammer no. I also got SMS and call. Never give the details.
They will ask U for your IC number as well, DO NOT GIVE THEM. They claim to be Citi fraud management
